Gathering individual call statistics can help to troubleshoot specific connectivity issues. Here is a guide on how to find call statistics using Bria Enterprise (Mobile & Desktop).

Bria Enterprise - Mobile Application

While in a call, press the “...” button:

Then click on “Call Statistics” in the menu that appears below:

You will then see this screen with all kinds of useful information:

Bria Enterprise - Desktop Application

While in a call, click on the green icon on the top right corner of the call screen

This will open up a page with call statistics, like so:
