Setting Up Your Croo Talk Smartphone Application

Please follow this guide to setup your Foneco smartphone application:

*This guide contains images from an iPhone; however, the process is similar for Android devices.

1) In the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android), search for "Foneco". The Foneco smartphone application will be the first result. Download and Install it.

2) Upon opening the Foneco smartphone application for the first time, you will be presented with a login screen asking for your username and password. Beneath the password field will be an option entitled "Scan QR". Select this option.

A prompt will appear asking you to authorize the Foneco smartphone application to access your camera. Click "Yes/Agree/Accept".

3) When first becoming a Foneco client, you will receive a Google Sheet document entitled "Softphone - {clientname}". This document contains the username, password, and QR code for each user in your phone system. To access the QR code for a user, click the "CLICK HERE" text in this document. A hyperlink will appear above; click it. You will be redirected to a new page displaying the appropriate QR code.

4) Once your camera is open, point it to the QR code on your computer screen. You may need to move your camera closer to/further from your computer screen so that the QR code is fully visible and in focus. Once the QR code is in focus, your camera will automatically scan it. You will then be redirected to the keypad screen of your Foneco smartphone application. The Foneco | Mobile logo at the top left corner of your screen will be surrounded by a white oval.

*If this oval is a dotted white line, your Foneco smartphone application is still attempting to log you in.

*If this oval is a solid yellow line, your Foneco smartphone application has encountered an error while logging in. Please contact us at 1-855-936-6326 or by email at support@foneco.co for assistance.
