The Journeys module allows you to view an agent’s daily activity in a timeline format.
- Click the Journeys icon:
- Select the Date and Time you would like to filter:
The Calls bar displays the agent’s activity in a numerical format:
: 8 answered
: 2 inbound
: 6 outbound
: 0 internal
: 0 missed
: 0 voicemail

The Lifeline displays call activity for an agent in a progress bar format:
- Hovering your mouse over a pink activity spot or icon will display the activity and time this activity occurred.
- Clicking the
icon on the right side of an agent’s Journey Bar will display their daily activity in a list format:
For each activity, you can:
- Playback the recording of the activity by clicking the Play button:
- Download the recording of the activity by clicking the Download button:
- Copy the link of the recording of the activity by clicking the Sheet button:
