Yealink - Transferring a Call

During a call, you can transfer a call to another party in one of two ways:

• Blind Transfer: Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.
• Attended Transfer: Transfer a call with prior consulting.

Blind Transfer

• Press  or the Transfer softkey during a call;
• Enter the number to whom you want to transfer the call;

• Press  or the Transfer softkey to complete the transfer.

Attended Transfer

• Press or the Transfer softkey during a call
• Enter the number to whom you want to transfer the call. Press  or  to dial out.
• After the party answers the call, press  or the Transfer softkey to complete the transfer.

Conference Call

• Press Conference during the call.
• Enter the number or extension of the person you would like to include in the conference call. Press  or dial
• After the other party answers the call, press the key or the Transfer button to bring everyone together.
