Croo Portal - Configuring a Fax

To configure a Fax number in your phone system:

• Click the icon to the right of the fax number you would like to configure;
• In User Bindings, select the user(s) to whom you would like to link this fax number. Please note that multiple users can be linked to one (1) fax number;
• Once a user has been added, the Email notifications slider button appears to the right of their name.
  • Activating this feature will enable inbound faxes from this number to the user’s email address;
  • Deactivating this feature will disable inbound faxes from this number to the user’s email address;
• To remove a user and prevent them from sending faxes, click  in the row of the user you wish to remove in the User Bindings section of the fax configuration page;
• Click Save.
