To integrate Croo with your Zoho CRM:
- Click the Settings button on the bottom-left corner of the screen;
- Ensure that you are currently logged into your Zoho CRM account;
- Click Zoho CRM in the Integrations section of your Croo Portal;
- Zoho will prompt you to give Croo permission to access your Zoho CRM data. Please click Accept;
- A new window will appear within your Croo Portal. To the left will be the extensions currently configured in your phone system. To the right of each extension will be a drop-down menu containing each account currently configured in your Zoho CRM. Select the appropriate account in the drop-down menu to link to a Croo extension.
