Attention :
-Your Zoho account needs to be part of your organization
-You also need to be "super admin" of your Zoho organization
-You must do the steps below in that exact order
To integrate Croo with your Zoho PhoneBridge
- Log in to crm.zoho.com
- Go into the settings -> Click on the Channel section -> Click on Telephony
- Install Foneco in Zoho marketplace
- Now log in to app.croo.io
- Click the Settings button
on the bottom-left corner of your Croo Portal homepage;
- Ensure that you are currently logged into your Zoho account;
- Click Zoho PhoneBridge in the Integrations section;
- Zoho will prompt you to give Croo permission to access your Zoho data. Please click Accept;
- A new window will appear within your Croo Portal. To the left will be the extensions currently configured in your phone system. To the right of each extension will be a drop-down menu containing each account currently configured in your Zoho account. Select the appropriate account in the drop-down menu to link to a Croo extension.
