Croo Portal - Zoho PhoneBridge Integration

Attention :
-Your Zoho account needs to be part of your organization
-You also need to be "super admin" of your Zoho organization

1) To integrate Croo with your Zoho PhoneBridge for the first time:

  • Log in to crm.zoho.com 
  • Go into the settings -> Click on the Channel section -> Click on Telephony
  • Install Foneco in Zoho marketplace

  • Now log in to app.croo.io
  • Click the Settings button  on the bottom-left corner of your Croo Portal homepage;
  • Ensure that you are currently logged into your Zoho account;
  • Click Zoho PhoneBridge in the Integrations section;
  • Zoho will prompt you to give Croo permission to access your Zoho data. Please click Accept;
  • A new window will appear within your Croo Portal. To the left will be the extensions currently configured in your phone system. To the right of each extension will be a drop-down menu containing each account currently configured in your Zoho account. Select the appropriate account in the drop-down menu to link to a Croo extension.

 

2) To deactivate the outdated Zoho CRM integration and enable the updated Zoho PhoneBridge integration:

  • Log in to crm.zoho.com 
  • Go into the settings -> Click on the Channel section -> Click on Telephony
  • Uninstall the integration that is currently in place
  • Install Foneco in Zoho marketplace

  • Now log in to app.croo.io
  • Click the Settings button  on the bottom-left corner of your Croo Portal homepage;
  • Click Zoho CRM in the Integrations section;
  • The message "The Zoho CRM Integration is now deprecated, and will soon be deleted. Please follow the migration procedure in order to migrate to Zoho PhoneBridge and keep using your integration features." may display above;
  • Click the Edit Screen_Shot_2021-06-29_at_9.40.49_AM.png button;
  • Click Delete Integration;
  • Click Zoho PhoneBridge in the Integrations section;
  • Zoho will prompt you to give Croo permission to access your Zoho data. Please click Accept;
  • A new window will appear within your Croo Portal. To the left will be the extensions currently configured in your phone system. To the right of each extension will be a drop-down menu containing each account currently configured in your Zoho account. Select the appropriate account in the drop-down menu to link to a Croo extension.
