The Calls Graph presents a graphical representation of incoming Queue calls based on the filters you selected (Dates, Queues, Agents).
Selecting the Call Duration tab will display the Call Duration graph, which shows the total duration of calls (in seconds) and the date on which they occurred:
The Hold Time graph displays the total duration calls were put on-hold (in seconds) and the date on which they occurred. Also listed are calls that exited a queue due to an incoming caller choosing to leave a queue by dialling a number (Bailed Out), calls that were abandoned by the incoming caller while waiting for a queue agent to be available (Abandoned), and calls that were answered by queue agents (Answered):
The Incoming Calls graph displays the total duration that calls rang and the date on which they occurred. Also listed are calls that exited a queue due to a timeout (Timed out), calls that were abandoned by the caller while waiting for a queue agent to be available (Abandoned), and calls that were answered by queue agents (Answered):
