Adding a Contact + Sending an SMS*

*Please note that SMS messaging must be configured by your Croo support technician in order to send/receive SMS messages.

  • Ensure that you are in the Contacts view by clicking on the “person” icon at the bottom of your Bria Enterprise window. Click on the “Add Contact” button on the top-right:

  • Enter the first and last name of your contact. The Display Name field will auto populate.
  • Select “Softphone” in the drop-down menu to the right of the Contact Editor window. Enter the contact’s phone number. Click the “+” button to add the phone number. Click OK.

  • Your new contact appears in the Contacts view. Click the message bubble icon to open the Instant Message window. Type your message and send it to your contact.

Performing a Blind Transfer

  • In the Active Call box, click the Transfer button ;
  • Enter the phone number/extension number of the party to whom you’d like to transfer the call;
  • Click Transfer Now. The call will be transferred.

Performing an Attended/Warm Transfer

  • In the Active Call box, click the Transfer button ;
  • Enter the phone number/extension number of the party to whom you’d like to transfer the call;
  • Click the downward facing arrow to the right of where you’ve entered the extension/phone number
  • Click Call First;
  • The original call will be put on hold, while you speak to the person to whom you would like to transfer the call;
  • Click the Transfer button to complete the transfer.

Putting a call On Hold

  • To put a call On Hold, press the Pause button in the Active Call Window.

Muting a Call

  • To mute a call so that the person on the other line cannot hear you, press the Microphone icon in the Active Call Window.
