Performing a Blind Transfer

  • In the Active Call box, click the Transfer button ;
  • Enter the phone number/extension number of the party to whom you’d like to transfer the call;
  • Click Transfer Now. The call will be transferred.

Performing an Attended/Warm Transfer

  • In the Active Call box, click the Transfer button ;
  • Enter the phone number/extension number of the party to whom you’d like to transfer the call;
  • Click the downward facing arrow to the right of where you’ve entered the extension/phone number
  • Click Call First;
  • The original call will be put on hold, while you speak to the person to whom you would like to transfer the call;
  • Click the Transfer button to complete the transfer.
