Recording a message on voicemail box 7321

If you wish to add a recording to your system, or modify an existing one, you can do so by following the procedure below.

1. Call our North American Toll-Free number : 1-855-936-6326
2. Dial extension 7321
3. It will say "The person at extension 7321 is unavailable. BEEP"
4. After the BEEP, start recording your message
5. When done, simply hang up. We will receive the message via email in a mp3 file
6. Send an email to support@croo.io to advise us (or reply to the email chain if you had already sent us an email, and an agent replied).
   Example "I just recorded our new Holiday greeting. Please upload it"
