Bria Enterprise - Sign out/Sign in

This is a quick guide to demonstrate how to sign out and sign back in to Bria.

Very useful for 2 scenarios :

• As a first troubleshooting step if you run into an issue (similar to rebooting a physical device)
• To apply a new configuration by one of our support agents
  
  

Windows computer : 

1. Open Bria
2. Click on "Softphone"
3. Click on "Sign out"
   
   
   
4. This brings you to the login screen. Enter your login information
5. Press on "Sign In"
   

On a Mac computer :

1. Open Bria
2. While Bria is opened, click on "Bria Enterprise" at the top left corner of the screen
3. Click on Sign out
   
   
   
4. This brings you to the login screen. Enter your login information
5. Press on "Sign In"
