Introduction
Croo Extension for Zoho enhances your Zoho experience by integrating advanced telephony features directly into your Zoho Apps. This integration allows your team to communicate more efficiently with customers, offering a seamless experience that bridges communication gaps. With Croo Extension, you can make and receive calls, manage customer interactions, and optimize call handling.

Getting Started with Croo Extension for Zoho

Step 1: Install the Croo Extension

  1. Log in to your Zoho account: Begin by accessing your Zoho account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Zoho Settings: Locate the Telephony option in settings’ channel menu.
  3. Search for Croo Extension: Use the search bar to find the Croo extension.
  4. Click Install: Follow the prompts to add Croo Extension to your Zoho environment.
  5. Choose User: Select the option of All Users or Specific Users and click on install

Step 2: Setting Up Zoho in My Croo App

1)     Activate the Zoho Integration:

a)     Login into My Croo App (app.mycroo.io) by using admin credentials.

b)     Navigate to Settings > Integration > Zoho Phone Bridge in the left menu.

c)      Click the Activate button, which will redirect you to Zoho.

d)     Validate your identity by entering your Zoho credentials. Once validated, your Zoho integration will be activated, and you will be redirected back to the My Croo App.

e)     After activation, you will see a Deactivate button in the top-right corner.

 

2)     Zoho User Mapping with PBX:

a)     On the My Croo App > Settings > Integration > Zoho Phone Bridge page, you will find a list of PBX users along with the connected Zoho users

b)     Select the desired Zoho user from the Connected User column and click the Save button. After saving, a green dial icon will appear next to the connected user, allowing you to initiate calls directly from Zoho.

c)      If you wish to remove the mapping, you can do so at any time. Once removed, the green dial icon will disappear from Zoho, and you will no longer be able to make calls through it.

 

Step 3: Start Using Croo Extension
Once the setup is complete, it allows you to make and receive calls and track call logs with customers directly from the contact or lead records.

 

Using Croo Extension in Zoho

Making and Receiving Calls

  • Initiate a Call: Navigate to any Contact or Lead in Zoho. Click the Call button next to the phone number field to start a call using Croo Extension.
  • Receive Incoming Calls: When a call comes in, it will appear as a notification within the Croo toolbar in Zoho. Simply click Answer to take the call directly within your interface.
  • Automatic Call Logging: All calls made or received through Croo are automatically logged in the Calls section including the date, time, and duration of the call.
  • Access Call Recordings: Find recordings of calls in the Calls section. This is useful for reviewing customer conversations and training new team members.
